Service Technicians perform thorough maintenance on all ages of equipment, with the ability to accurately diagnose heating and air conditioning system issues. They must be able to recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make the appropriate recommendations to the customer. Service Technicians must also be comfortable asking for money and deliver excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Basic sheet metal experience
  • Basic Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) knowledge and experience
  • NATE certifications preferred

We are looking for someone who is confident in their skills and abilities and not afraid to make decisions. A Residential HVAC Lead Installer is primarily responsible for removing, installing, and starting up new HVAC systems, including ductwork and IAQ products. You will work as a 2-person team to ensure timely and accurate service to clients in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

  • Perform the removal, installation, and startup of new residential HVAC systems.
  • Work closely with the Install Coordinator and fellow Installation Technicians to provide clients with excellent service as outlined in department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of clean-up before leaving any job site. Be sure that all necessary touch-up work and clean-up is completed before leaving the job site.
  • Working as a team with the crew helper to get the job done professionally, efficiently and in a safe manner.
  • Request necessary parts and equipment in advance to ensure the installation truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete each job.
  • Responsible for the vehicle upkeep, record logs and driving of vehicle; valid driver's license required.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Summary of Position

Our parts Delivery Drivers provide excellent customer service through the safe and efficient delivery of parts and products to our field team using a company provided vehicle. Drivers are also responsible for the cleanliness of delivery vehicles as well as observing company safety procedures. You will ensure efficient deliveries by quality checking orders that ultimately gets our products in the hands of our field team in the most efficient way.

Drivers will also assist with shop needs during slower times. This could include things such as:

  • Fulfilling material restocks for our Install and Service technicians
  • Checking in/putting stock orders away
  • Assist with checking in and staging install equipment
  • Checking in and testing company assets/tools
  • Assisting with inventory physical counts
  • Building maintenance and cleaning (cardboard, copper recycling,
  • emptying trash, sweeping, replacing bulbs, general cleanup)

Summary of Position

The primary goal is to ensure 100% client satisfaction by owning each client and ensuring they are served. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking incoming client calls for service and scheduling. In addition, this position is required to make outbound calls to club member and non-club member clients to ensure that 3 calls are ran each day per technician. The Customer Service Representative should expect to have an average of 90 calls per day, both incoming and outbound. This role is responsible for accurate scheduling and performing backup duties for dispatching, debriefing and Sales Lead Coordination. The Customer Service Representative will work from home 90% of the time, and is required to come into the office as needed

Essential Job Functions

  • Receive incoming service and maintenance calls from clients
  • Confirm service-related appointments for the following day
  • Schedule club member visits as directed
  • Make sure each technician has 3 calls scheduled per day
  • Build value with current club members to maintain renewal rate
