Annual Contest Rules
At Service Legends, we have several contests running throughout the year for you to take part in. See the list below for the specific contest rules and regulations.
Warm Your Heart
We accept online submissions each winter for a free furnace. All recipients must own their own home and be within 60 miles from the capital of Des Moines, Iowa; however, mobile homes do not qualify. Service Legends will pay for and grant a 96% single-stage furnace, 10-year parts and 1-year labor warranty and miscellaneous parts to ensure the system will operate safely and up to code. Anything required outside of these items is applicable for purchase at regular retail price, if nominee desires.
Life 107.1 will conduct our Warm Your Heart, an on-air radio promotion on Life 107.1 (hereinafter known as “Contest”). Simply fill out the Warm Your Heart nomination form for a chance to win a new furnace including installation valued at a minimum of $2,500.00 from Service Legends Heating and Cooling.
All nominations are reviewed by the Warm Your Heart committee, consisting of employees of Service Legends. The committee looks for (1) nominations that have detailed information about the proposed recipient and (2) nominations that do a good job of telling a compelling story surrounding the entrant and/or recipient. Every submitted nomination is read by a member of the committee. Granted nominations are determined by the committee. Not all nominations will be granted. The timeline for selecting wishes to be granted will be determined by the Warm Your Heart committee. Nominations cannot be anonymous. All nominations may be recorded for broadcast on Life 107.1. Prizes will be awarded within 45 days.
All prizes not claimed within 30 days are forfeited. Life 107.1, affiliates, participating sponsors, their agencies and the like, or any member thereof, make no claims of merchantability of Prize. Rules are subject to change without notice. Decisions of Life 107.1 and Service Legends officials are final.
