Are You the Next Legend?

Our Delivery Drivers provide excellent customer service through the safe and efficient delivery of parts and products to our field team using a company provided vehicle. Drivers are also responsible for the cleanliness of delivery vehicles as well as observing company safety procedures. You will ensure efficient deliveries by quality checking orders that ultimately gets our products in the hands of our field team in the most efficient way.

Essential Job Functions

Drivers will also assist with shop needs during slower times. This could include things such as:

  • Fulfilling material restocks for our Install and Service technicians
  • Checking in/putting stock orders away
  • Assist with checking in and staging install equipment
  • Checking in and testing company assets/tools
  • Assisting with inventory physical counts
  • Building maintenance and cleaning (cardboard, copper recycling, emptying trash, sweeping, replacing bulbs, general cleanup)

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) per department & insurance standards

Your high mechanical aptitude will bring you success whether you're running a call on your own or training and coaching technicians out in the field. You understand the importance of helping to create raving fans with every client experience by fixing it right the first time!

Essential Job Functions

  • Accurately diagnose the reason for the job and take extra care in ensuring the technical solution does not result in a second callback
  • Perform warranty and holding for parts accurately and efficiently
  • Mentor and build confidence in technicians
  • Train and mentor apprentices in the field to ensure quick and accurate repairs and installations
  • Communicate options to the client to help prevent further breakdowns, extend the life of their system, and reduce their energy bill
  • Educate and assist clients in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
  • Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems
  • Empathize and reassure clients confidence in the corrective repair
  • When leading a call or riding along, conduct technical training with the technician
  • Coach on client communication after each call with the technician
  • Compete detailed reports on any callbacks and submit to Service Manager weekly
  • Participate in cultural trainings and bring stories into the topics when applicable
  • Connect the cultural training of value, purpose, and soft skills into the field to re-enforce Service Legend's culture

The Installation Manager is responsible for ensuring residential add-on replacement HVAC projects are both on time and within budget. Managing the Install teams to ensure workflow is efficient and results in high quality work and customer satisfaction. Provide field support and direction to the installation team as required. Promptly resolve any issues. Attracts, develops and retains installation talent required to support workflow. We are looking for an organized person who can prioritize, has excellent attention to detail, strong time-management skills, has an urgency in the work performed, and can communicate well with others.

  • Ability to design, fabricate and build residential duct work
  • 1 year of Customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience at hiring, firing, coaching, developing successful teams, and providing staff training in a highly competitive environment.
  • Computer Skills: Must have basic computer skills

Service Technicians perform thorough maintenance on all ages of equipment, with the ability to accurately diagnose heating and air conditioning system issues. They must be able to recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make the appropriate recommendations to the customer. In a nutshell, their essential function is being primarily responsible for conducting source removal (commonly known as duct cleanings), installing indoor air quality products (humidifiers, UV lights, HEPA filters, etc.) and performing minor duct modifications. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the purchasing and delivery operations for Service Legends. The responsibilities include purchasing, delivery, maintaining truck stock, warehouse maintenance, warehouse inventory counts, fleet management and following the cultural accountabilities and team rules.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for all parts and equipment acquisition and delivery as well as returns
  • Ensure timely warranty processing and tracking
  • Coordinate with Installation Manager and sales team to prepare materials for jobs
  • Order material and equipment and maintain adequate stock in the warehouse and on the trucks
  • Physical inventory (truck and warehouse)
  • Ensure all materials and equipment for jobs are ordered
  • Ensure all jobs are staged and holding for parts jobs are processed
  • Ensure all technicians have what they need for their jobs
  • Order and assist with Employee Purchases
  • Ensure accurate job costing in computer systems
  • Manage Delivery Drivers and Purchase and Delivery Coordinator
  • Partner with internal individuals and teams to resolve client concerns, subcontractor management
  • Partner with Accounting to resolve discrepancies on invoices
  • Fleet Management: set up of vehicles, inspection, repairs and routine maintenance, communicate fleet needs, communicate with insurance agency and report on all fleet expenses
  • PO Management
  • Vendor management
  • Tracking of tools and equipment loaned out to technicians or clients
  • Assist in Pricebook maintenance
  • Answer dedicated phone line and assist technicians with requisition requests and inquiries.
  • Operate forklift and various motor vehicles as needed
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, returns, holding for parts, and workstations neat; maintaining clean staging area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Clean and maintain warehouse and facilities including dumpster management, property and building and other areas as assigned
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOP's)
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Our Warehouse Coordinator duties and responsibilities are to help coordinate orders for our technicians in a timely manner and making sure all inventory is accurate and up to date. If we didn't have people like you, we wouldn't be able to provide same-day service to our clients. You're important! You will keep a clean and organized warehouse to easily keep track of inventory. You may have to show someone else how to do something here and there, but you aren't going to have to lead training or speak in front of a crowd.

  • Load and unload trucks, inspect products for defects and damages
  • Answer dedicated phone line and assist technicians with requisition requests and inquiries.
