Plumbing Technicians will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems in residential homes. This includes installing and repairing sinks, water heaters, toilets, other plumbing fixtures, cleaning drains, as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals. You will accurately diagnose plumbing problems and communicate with clients the options and upgrades that increase safety and enhance the quality/health of life for homeowners.

Essential Job Functions

  • Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls
  • Wear floor savers while in the client's home and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service
  • Always explain to the client what service you are performing and give exact prices & gain approval before doing the work
  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services for the client's needs and wants
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
  • Explain the club memberships to the client, giving them an opportunity to join
  • Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
  • Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside
  • Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch team to ensure overall success of the business
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, checklists, and option sheets
