Service Technicians perform thorough maintenance on all ages of equipment, with the ability to accurately diagnose heating and air conditioning system issues. They must be able to recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make the appropriate recommendations to the customer. Service Technicians must also be comfortable asking for money and deliver excellent communication skills.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Basic sheet metal experience
  • Basic Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) knowledge and experience
  • NATE certifications preferred

A Residential HVAC Lead Installer is primarily responsible for removing, installing, and starting up new HVAC systems, including ductwork and IAQ products. You will work as a 2-person team to ensure timely and accurate service to clients in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

  • Perform the removal, installation, and startup of new residential HVAC systems.
  • Work closely with the Install Coordinator and fellow Installation Technicians to provide clients with excellent service as outlined in department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high standard of clean-up before leaving any job site. Be sure that all necessary touch-up work and clean-up is completed before leaving the job site.
  • Working as a team with the crew helper to get the job done professionally, efficiently and in a safe manner.
  • Request necessary parts and equipment in advance to ensure the installation truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete each job.
  • Responsible for the vehicle upkeep, record logs and driving of vehicle; valid driver's license required.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Summary of Position

Our parts Delivery Drivers provide excellent customer service through the safe and efficient delivery of parts and products to our field team using a company provided vehicle. Drivers are also responsible for the cleanliness of delivery vehicles as well as observing company safety procedures. You will ensure efficient deliveries by quality checking orders that ultimately gets our products in the hands of our field team in the most efficient way.

Drivers will also assist with shop needs during slower times. This could include things such as:

  • Fulfilling material restocks for our Install and Service technicians
  • Checking in/putting stock orders away
  • Assist with checking in and staging install equipment
  • Checking in and testing company assets/tools
  • Assisting with inventory physical counts
  • Building maintenance and cleaning (cardboard, copper recycling,
  • emptying trash, sweeping, replacing bulbs, general cleanup)

Summary of Position

Journeyman Plumbing Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems in residential homes. This includes installing and repairing sinks, water heaters, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures, cleaning drains, as well as appliances including dishwashers and garbage disposals. You will accurately diagnose plumbing problems and communicate with clients the options and upgrades that increase safety and enhance the quality/health of life for homeowners.

Our Call Center Customer Service Supervisor, is responsible for providing daily direction, coaching, and engaging Customer Service Representatives. This position works with the Client Service Manager to organize and develop call center booking strategies, conduct training, determine work procedures, and handle client concerns . This positions will be responsible for pulling and reviewing performance metrics of the CSR team and providing direct feedback of said performance.
