As an Electrician, you'll work closely with our installation and plumbing teams. You'll perform residential service work, no new construction. You're great at working on your own, but you also love getting to work with a team! One of the best feelings in the world to you is feeling useful. You'll be interacting with clients who have been dealing with broken air conditioners, furnaces, and various other home comfort equipment. They're making a big investment! It's important that you're good at communicating with clients when they're stressed out. You can help them see they're in good hands and you're here to help save the day! Essential Job Functions

  • Install, reconnect, and upgrade electrical service to heating and air conditioning equipment, as well as water heaters
  • Serve clients by analyzing work orders, following a daily travel schedule, listening to client concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems
  • Maintain your truck inventory
  • Troubleshoot & diagnose residential electrical issues
  • Provide the best customer service possible to our clients
  • Adhere to local and state codes
  • Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
  • Drive company vehicle to and from each assigned job
  • Identify, repair, or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using testing devices, and various tools after presenting options to the client
  • You'll maintain high client satisfaction rating and promote Service Legends' maintenance membership program

Essential Job Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to adequately perform each essential duty. Required Qualifications:

  • Class C or Class A License
  • 2 years of customer service experience or residential service work
  • Ability to obtain and use various hand and power tools common to trade

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical functions related to the trade

  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Experience in residential service work highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate

  • Experience in performing routine manual labor
  • The ability to follow routine, verbal, and written instructions
  • Being capable of maintaining professional working relationships with team members

Compensation & Hours:

  • Starting wage of $33.00 - $45.00/per hour + Bonus & Spiffs
  • Sign On Bonus: $2,500 with Journeyman License

Service Technicians perform thorough maintenance on all ages of equipment, with the ability to accurately diagnose heating and air conditioning system issues. They must be able to recognize potential breakdown issues before they happen and make the appropriate recommendations to the customer. Service Technicians must also be comfortable asking for money and deliver excellent communication skills.

Are You the Next Legend?

As a Comfort Advisor, you'll be the trusted expert guiding our clients to the best comfort solutions for their homes. From HVAC systems to indoor air quality, water heaters, insulation, and home electrical solutions - you'll provide options that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects and clients in person and via phone to start and advance the sales process
  • Present tailored options based on great qualifying options
  • Explain financing options and help clients make informed decisions
  • Take accurate measurements and analysis in the home to ensure smooth installation of new products
  • Collaborate with technicians, sales coordinators, and installers to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain professional conduct and detailed documentation of all sales activities
  • Use great time management skills to plan and execute your day efficiently while adding to your pipeline through activity
    • Activity could include running sales leads, follow-up on opportunities already in the pipeline, creating new opportunities through tele prospecting, engaging with service department jobs being ran, etc.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of proven sales success, including prospecting and closing deals
